There's also a separate bedroom unit that comes with a private garden and lanai area. The main house comes complete with a dining room and seating that can accommodate up to eight guests.

The second home in the Lahaina Oceanfront Estates, Princess Hale, has approximately 2,600 square feet of living area, offering three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms are located upstairs, with one bedroom facing the ocean and comes with a private oceanfront lanai. It also has a king-sized bed and a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed. The other bedroom upstairs is furnished with two twin beds and has a private bathroom. Downstairs is another bedroom that opens to the pool and enjoys breathtaking views of the ocean. It has a king-sized bed, queen-sized sofa bed, and a screen door that serves as a wall partition.

Features and Amenities

The Lahaina Oceanfront Estates features a neocolonial-style Hawaiian villa. It comes complete with luxurious amenities, such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, private lanai, and about 180 square feet of ocean frontage. The bedrooms come with ACs, and there are ceiling fans throughout the houses. Guests will also have access to a gas-powered outdoor barbecue. Both homes have fully equipped kitchens with cooking amenities. The smaller house has a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast nook, perfect for bonding and entertaining.

Each of the houses in the Lahaina Oceanfront Estates has a washer and dryer. There's also Wi-Fi and large flat-screen TVs for your entertainment. The Alii Hale can sleep a maximum of eight guests. Each bedroom can sleep up to two guests, including children over the age of two. Meanwhile, Princess Hale can sleep a maximum of six guests, with no more than two guests for every bedroom, including kids over the age of two. All in all, the Lahaina Oceanfront Estates can sleep a total of 14 guests!
