Puamana 254-3 Ocean Front

Our stay from July 22, 2022, to July 29,2022 was great. I have no complaints. The gated community was very well maintained. The house accommodated 8 adults and 1 child. Bedrooms were on the second and third floor with a bathroom on each floor and one downstairs. One adult slept on sofa bed downstairs. The house was clean when we arrived. The best part was it was an oceanfront property. We spent a lot of time in the patio area for meals and relaxing enjoying the views and beautiful sunsets and sounds of the ocean. Beach access was about 100 yards from property very convenient. Went swimming in the ocean right in front of house. The house was equipped with lawn chairs, boogie boards, wet shoes, snorkeling equipment & other water equipment. we didn't need to rent anything when we went snorkeling. The house was equipped with everything you need for the kitchen. Very close to downtown Lahaina. Only regret not taking advantage of the pools. Will definitely consider staying at the Lahaina Properties again, was well worth it.

Driving into Puamana was such a pleasant surprise of 'Old Hawaii' feel, well maintained grounds, friendly neighborhood atmosphere with Lemonade/ Pineapple stands and lots of smiles. Walking into the beach/ocean front rental held the biggest surprise with the huge glass doors looking out over the ocean and palm trees right off the lanai. The use of snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach towels, and inflatables was an added bonus, and the fresh updates to the bedding, a few chairs, pillows and decor felt very nice. Contacting the PM for any questions or concerns was so easy, with quick service, they clearly care a lot about the experience the guests are having! We look forward to returning!

Stayed here in February 2023 with the whole family. Plenty of space for everyone and well maintained. Incredible views, we could see whales jumping all day from the back porch. Rental team was very communicative and available but we wouldn’t have changed a thing. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful setting. Nice unit though not fancy or redone like some. Has lots of toys, beach towels, chairs etc. Sandy beach out front but very rocky and a bit of a walk to get to beach pools and courts. Our family enjoyed it all

Very Relaxing and confortable.

Our family of 6 spent Thanksgiving week here enjoying the ocean views and weather and attending the Maui Jim college basketball tournament. We cooked thanksgiving dinner at the condo and had what we needed with the exception of casserole type dishes. There also is a shortage of small/highball glasses. The location of the house worked great for us. Our only issue was that the air conditioning on the main floor was less than effective. I would suggest that renters make sure that it's fixed as it did get uncomfortable at times. We complained about it but the parts to fix it couldn't be found on the island at the time.

The location was amazing! The management was responsive and provided good communication. We would definitely book in this location again. This unit is overdue for a remodel, carpet is a tripping hazard, fire alarm was hanging by a wire, kitchen ceiling fan hits a cupboard, laundry was in a bad location, we didn’t always have hot water.

This house was great for an adult family of 4 couples. The bathrooms were a little tight as there is only a master and 1 other full bathroom (1 half bathroom too). However, the beauty of the sunsets off the back patio and location to Lahaina were unbeatable. The management company was also great and checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay.

The space was outstanding - from the amazing views to the proximity to Lahaina, it helped make our family trip a huge success !

Location was fantastic. Outside areas beautifully maintained Staff courteous and friendly. Kitchen very well appointed!.
Only reason cleanliness did not get a five was because the carpet going up the stairs was very soiled and needs replacement.

We had never been to Hawaii. We absolutely loved this Condo for our family vacation. The view brought tears to my eyes when we first arrived. Although we struggled to get the back door opened. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. The unit was easy to get to and the company we booked through was amazing in providing everything we needed to get checked in. There was a pack and play and a highchair in the unit. The upstairs bedrooms have limited closet space, and one had no closet, but we made it work. I would absolutely recommend this.

Can’t beat the location right on the beach. Unit could be a diamond if they put in a little TLC. It’s like Tuscan Under the Sun meets Hawaii. A fresh coat of paint would help in addition to replacing window screens, some furniture etc. . Invest in lounge chairs as I was jealous of my neighbors who could enjoy morning coffee outside without having to sit at a table. Nice appliances.

We stayed here for 1 week, plenty of room for 4 families and greet location convenient to the ocean and nearby shops in Lahaina. The home itself had a few things that need to be addressed. The rug in the living room needs to be replaced, it was very dirty and especially with an infant crawling around this was a big issue for us. It looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The floors in general were not very clean upon our arrival as well. We attempted to clean them ourselves with the vacuum in the closet but it did not work at all. Additionally there were no cleaning supplies in the house for us to use aside from a broom and paper towels. When you’re staying somewhere for a week, I think it is standard and expected to at least have some disinfectant wipes or counter spray so you can clean up after cooking/eating. The stove and oven are dated and don’t work great for cooking, but we got by they just take forever to heat up.

Our vacation rental experience was "OFF THE HOOK FANTASTIC" BUT what really made that much better than the rest was the service we received from "Daisy". She is just spectacular at what she does and a MAJOR ASSET to the Vacation-Maui team!!

This location was great and the property was perfect. The property management was very helpful and made our stay wonderful.

We had a great time and the view is spectacular! The property needs an update, but we understand that comes with time. Please add a toaster! Our biggest complaint would be the cleanliness. It really could use a deep cleaning.
