1. Requirements:

• Valid IATA number (8-digits)
• Valid U.S. Federal Tax Identification number (9-digits)

2. Reservations:

• Book Now will direct you to View Calendar, please call 800-676-4112 or email us info@vacation-maui.com for your password.

3. Search Information:

• Enter required dates, nights, view, location, adults, children.
• Arrive on this date select: Month, Day, Year
• Number of nights - 5 nights min. unless otherwise noted!
• Number of bedrooms
• View - enter your preference, {i.e. Garden View}
• Location - enter your preference {i.e. Kaanapali Alii}
• Number of adults - 2 "default," or enter your preference
• Number of children - 0 "default"
• Number units to DISPLAY per page - One to Ten Units
•        NOTE: Ten units will give your more options based on, search criteria {like, available units, view, or location}
• Click "Search for my accommodations now!"

4. Search Results:

• Clicking BOOK UNIT # on Search Results will direct you to the Terms and Conditions prior to confirming your reservation.

5. Scroll to the end of page to ACCEPT THE TERMS and book!

• Printed copy will be enclosed as a "receipt" of:
•                      initial deposit, and/or 
•                      final payment

8. Agents Commission:
At the successful arrival of a guest booked by the TA for any of the vacation rental properties managed by WRMCI, TA will receive a commission as follows; 10% of the gross rental revenue of said booking, paid once a month. If full payment is made by TA company check, the commission may be pre-deducted.
