You Can Take Lyft Now While on Your Maui Vacation Getaway

But lucky for you, Lyft is now offering services at the local airports so getting to your Maui vacation home has never been easier!

Lyft, a ride-sharing company that allows you to travel to and from selected destinations using an app, recently announced its ability to offer rides at Maui airports. The Hawaii State Department of Transportation released a statement saying customers at both the Kahului and Kapalua airports will be able to use the app this Spring. Previously that option was not available for residents and visitors alike. 

The rule changed so the drivers can pick up the passengers between the baggage claim and car rental counters at the Kahului airport as well as in front of the operations and maintenance office at the Kapalua airport. And while the decision may have some taxi companies upset, it’s good news for vacationers such as yourself who are looking for affordable options for transportation while traveling.
